Michigan Ballet Academy and Deos Contemporary Ballet are proud to bring this wonderful show to East Grand Rapids this December! Featuring Michigan Ballet Academy students, community dance students, and professional dancers from Deos Contemporary Ballet, this performance of a holiday classic will bring season’s cheer to the entire family. Join Clara in her enchanting adventure with feisty mice, dancing bonbons, the Sugar Plum Fairy and the brave Nutcracker prince!

Head over to East Grand Rapids on Friday, November 29 from 5-8pm for the annual Gaslight Village Holiday Tree Lighting! MBA dancers will be performing, and attendees will be able to enjoy the lighting of the 30-foot tree, other live entertainment, reindeer, s’mores, crafting stations, carriage rides and a special visit from Santa.

Continue your holiday celebrations with Michigan Ballet Academy at the Kentwood Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 5th from 6-8pm. Other features of the event will be snow globe photos, take-home kid’s crafts, caroling, and a visit from Santa!
